A lift provides access to some of the museum's rooms.
For hearing-impaired visitors, the museum is equipped with a magnetic induction loop amplifier and offers magnetic induction necklaces for audioguides.
For visually impaired or blind visitors, the Musée de l'œuvre Notre-Dame has an audio-guided tactile tour.
